🌟 “Soul to Sole” All-Student ConcertOur annual all-student concert, “Soul to Sole,” is coming up! All classes participate except Dance with Me, Pre-Pointe, Adult Classes, and the Teen Saturday Ballet class. 🗓 Show & RehearsalsThe concerts will be held May 30–31 at Noble High School. Each class performs once. Cast lists and dress rehearsal times will be announced by March 1. If you have a major family conflict with the dates, please notify us by January 1 and we will do our best to accommodate. Dress rehearsal on May 30 is mandatory for aerial students. ✅ Backstage GuidelinesFor safety and organization:
• Ages 10 and under: Stay backstage for the half of the show in which they perform
• Ages 11 and up: Stay backstage for the full show 💲 Participation FeeA $20 nonrefundable concert participation fee is due December 10 it was added to accounts this week. This covers planning and staffing for picture day, and the dance concert. It includes a digital download of the show. 👗 CostumesWe choose costumes that are simple, age-appropriate, and focused on the dancer. Costumes are ordered in December.
• $38 deposit due December 10 posted to accounts this week
• Final balance (~$30–$35) due March 10
Costumes cannot be ordered for dancers with unpaid deposits or outstanding tuition. Deposits are nonrefundable once orders are placed, and many companies do not allow cancellations after mid-January. 🎟 Tickets & VolunteersWe rely on volunteers backstage—those who volunteer may watch the show at no charge. Volunteer sign-ups will be posted at the studio, and a background check is required for all backstage volunteers (forms are due to the front desk by April 8).
Tickets will go on sale once all volunteer slots are filled and will be available online only.
