We are starting to map out the fall schedule and I would love your input on a few things to hopefully allow everyone access to the classes they want to take come fall. Please fill out this survey it is 3 questions long.

Dance Concert Volunteers Needed!!

We are still in need of a lot of volunteers for Dance Concert Weekend! Volunteers get a free ticket to the dance concert, except for ushers. If you are volunteering backstage you need to have a background check on file. Forms are on the table in front of the bulletin board be sure to fill it out completely and return it to the front desk. All forms must be returned to the desk by April 12th.

*Concert tickets won’t go on sale until all volunteer slots are filled. Thanks for all your help!!

We have added images of the dance costumes to the class resources in the portal. If you’d like to see your child’s costume please log into the portal via the website or the SCD App. Click on My Account, if you scroll down you should see the class cards for the class/es your child is enrolled in, on the class card you’ll see View Resources, click on View Resources, you’ll see 2024 Costume, click view and it should bring up the costume for the class.

*A few classes are using items from home so those are not uploaded to the resources.

Adult Ballroom Session V Swing 4/3-5/8 Wednesdays 7:30-8:30

Adult Aerial Session 5 4/29-5/27 Mondays 8:00-9:00

Intro to Ballet Ages 7-11 4/30-5/28 Tuesdays 4:30-5:15

All our other adult classes have rolling enrollment and you can join at any time!

Dance Concert Info

Dance Concert Info Packet #2 has been posted to the website! This packet includes show times, show cast lists (not show order), dress rehearsal times, ticket prices, and volunteer sign-up info. You can find the full packet on our website here. There is a link to a printable PDF and we highly recommend printing off a copy and highlighting the times that pertain to your dancer. All this info has also been posted on the bulletin board at the studio.

All volunteer jobs are open for sign-up. Anyone volunteering backstage must have a background check on file with the studio. Forms are available on the table by the bulletin board. There is a list of active background checks we have on file posted there as well. Background check forms must be turned in to the front desk no later than April 14th.

*All volunteer jobs must be filled before concert tickets will go on sale to allow us to send out ticket codes for volunteers. All volunteer jobs except ushers come with a free ticket code.

We can’t make this weekend happen without you!

SCD App

We now have an SCD APP! This is an easy way to register for classes, find newsletters, receive notifications, and submit absences. All last-minute notifications will come through the app we will no longer use text notifications. Be sure to download the SCD App, request a code to activate your account, click My Account, and log in using your portal credentials.

The SCD App is available in the Apple Store and Google Play.
