Dance Concert Info Packet #2

The second info packet about Dance Concert is now available. This packet contains what classes are in what shows, dress rehearsal times and other important information. Be sure to read through the whole packet!

Volunteer sign-ups will be posted in the studio this week. All volunteer slots must be filled before show tickets go on sale. If you volunteer you do get a free ticket code, unless you are an usher since you already get to see the show for free.

There are a lot of moving parts to make this weekend run as smoothly as possible and we couldn’t do it with your help!

Also, new this year we have a photographer taking pictures during the performances. All families will have free access to the digital images after the shows.

Dance Picture Day

We have confirmed our picture day with Austin Studios as Saturday, May 17th and Sunday, May 18th. So mark your calendars! The picture schedule will be released April 1st.

Thank you to those who took the time to respond to the survey. The majority of you wanted to stick with printed images so we are going to follow the majority request for this year.

Thank you to those who participated! We credited $292 to those of you who sold calendars and raised over $300 for our scholarship fund. Keep your eyes peeled on our social media for the daily winners all through the month!

SCD App

We now have an SCD APP! This is an easy way to register for classes, find newsletters, receive notifications, and submit absences.

All last-minute notifications for class cancellations will come through the app. We are in the time of illnesses and soon to be in the time of winter weather so be sure to have the app downloaded and activated so you don’t miss anything!

Download the SCD App, request a code to activate your account, click My Account, and log in using your portal credentials. Make sure your notifications are turned on.

The SCD App is available in the Apple Store and Google Play.
