Volunteer Jobs Still Needing to be Filled!Any high school age students needing volunteer hours can sign up for any of these slots. Show #1We need 1 person for each of the following jobs: Backstage Attendant/Line-up Crew: Arrive 45 minutes before the show and remains backstage during the whole show. The job requires fetching dancers from the dressing room areas when it’s time to perform. Background Check on file required Dressing Room Supervisor/Check-in/Out: Arrive 1 hour before the show. Handles checking the dancers in and out. Can sit in the audience once everyone is checked in and then return to the check-in/out table before intermission. Can watch the second half of the show and must return to check in/out at the end of the show. Background Check on file required. Tween/Teen Dressing Room Chaperone: Arrive 45 minutes before the show. Chaperone’s the Tween/Teen dressing room. Making sure dancers stay in the room until it’s their time to perform. Tween/Teen dancers only get checked in and out before the show and after the show. Background Check on file required. We need 2 people for the following job: Bake Sale: Arrive 30 minutes before the show. Handle sales before the show, at intermission and for 30 minutes after the show. Show #3We need 1 person for each of the following jobs: Bun Boutique: Arrive 45 minutes before the show and help dancers put their hair up in a nice neat bun. Once the show begins you may head to the audience. Usher: Arrive 1 hour before the show. You’ll check tickets, help audience members find their seats, hand out programs. You’ll get to sit in the audience during the show on the end of a row so you’ll be accessible if someone needs assistance.
