Meet Vivian

If you have been in the studio this summer, you've probably noticed we've had some extra help from Vivian Eisenmann while Patrice has been out. Vivian will also be holding down the fort while I'm on maternity leave.

Vivian grew up dancing at Sole City Dance, graduated from UMass Amherst this past spring, and recently joined our teaching faculty for both the summer and upcoming fall season. We're excited to have her as part of our team.

While I'm on leave, Vivian will be your primary point of contact until Patrice returns in September. She'll be happy to answer any questions she can, and if something requires my input, she'll connect with me as needed.

Communication may be slightly delayed at times during this transition, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you for your support, and I look forward to seeing everyone when I return!

Please review the following information before registering for auditions. This has important show dates and details.

Audition registration is open! Click here to register if you are not a current student. Current students can log into the portal and sign up under events.

All cast members must be available the weekend of November 21-22 for in-studio full show rehearsals. You must also be available 11/29, 12/2-12/6 for theatre rehearsals and performances.

7 y.o. Audition Info

10:00am-10:15am - Check-in & Mandatory Information Meeting for all parents of those auditioning in the 7 y.o. age group

10:15am-11:00am - Audition time for 7 y.o.

Audition Fee: $15

8-11 y.o. Audition Info

11:15am-11:30am - Check-in & Mandatory Information Meeting for all parents of those auditioning in the 8-11 y.o. age group

11:30am-12:30pm - Audition time for 8-11 y.o.

Audition Fee: $15

12-13 y.o. Audition Info

2:45pm-3:00pm - Check-in and Mandatory Information Meeting for all parents of those auditioning in the 12-13 y.o. age group

3:00pm-4:15pm - Audition time for 12-13 y.o. (Bring Pointe Shoes if you have them)

Audition Fee: $15

14+ Audition Info

12:45pm-1:00pm - Check-in and Mandatory Information Meeting for all parents of those auditioning in the 14+ age group

1:00pm-2:30pm Audition time for 14+ (Bring Pointe Shoes if you have them)

Audition Fee: $15

Scholarship and Work-Study applications are open and can be found here, along with the program requirements. Applications are due by August 21 and must have all accompanying financial information submitted by that date. Award determinations will be made after August 21.

Fall registration is open and classes are filling fast! Don't wait too long to register!

When registering, please make sure all of your contact information and address are current. We will be mailing out welcome letters again this year along with the general calendar.

If the class you are looking to take is full, be sure to add yourself to the waitlist. If there is enough demand, we may be able to add additional classes.

Aerial friends, if you are planning on returning this fall, I would not wait to register. Be sure you are registering for the correct level in which you were placed. Placement information can be found in your Student Resources. If you're not sure how to find them, look back at the last newsletter.

As registrations come in, we are reviewing each account to ensure the correct classes have been selected and all account information is up to date.

Just a reminder that first month's tuition, semester tuition, or annual tuition is due three days after we send your account statement. If you need us to delay processing your payment for any reason, please reply to that email.
