Administrative UpdateHappy September, everyone! It’s hard to believe classes start next week. We are so excited to welcome everyone back to the studio! First, I want to give a huge thank you to Vivian for all of her help this summer. She will still be around teaching this fall, but her administrative role has come to an end as she focuses on earning her master’s degree. If you were working with Vivian on scheduling or other administrative items, anything sent to her inbox will be forwarded to our general inbox and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. I also have some unfortunate news to share. Our wonderful Assistant Director, Patrice, will not be returning this fall. This leaves us with a bit of an administrative gap, especially as I am currently supposed to be on leave. I apologize in advance if email responses take a little longer than usual over the next few weeks. I am working to hire and train a new Assistant Director as quickly as possible. In the meantime, our amazing front desk volunteers will be helping wherever they can, so please feel free to reach out to the desk with questions. If they don’t have the answer, they’ll make sure to follow up with me. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate this unexpected transition. We can’t wait to have everyone back in the studio and get the new season started!
