Join us for 3-weeks of pop-up classes and workshops! We will be offering individual intro classes in a variety of the styles we offer along with upper-level workshops for any dancer! Emily Pleadwell, MS, RD, LDN

Emily grew up in Buffalo, NY where she trained in ballet, pointe, modern, and jazz at the American Academy of Ballet under director Maris Battaglia. She attended ballet summer intensive programs including Chautauqua Institution, Alonzo King LINES Ballet, and Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre. Emily danced with the UNH Ballet Company for 5 years while completing degrees in nutrition and dance. She has had the pleasure of guest performing roles including Snow Queen, Arabian, and Spanish in "The Nutcracker" for Sole City Dance (2021), Northeastern Ballet Theatre (2021), and Peoria Ballet Academy (2022). Now a Registered Dietitian, Emily is passionate about pediatric and adolescent nutrition. She draws on her experience as a dancer and evidence-based nutrition knowledge to build nutrition recommendations for dance performance while promoting healthy relationships with food. Emily has 4 years of experience teaching various dance styles across age groups, and she is excited to share her love of dance with students at Sole City.

Dr. Meghan R. Fallon PT, DPT

Meghan is passionate about working in pediatrics as she is able to make a difference in a child’s life at an early age. She incorporates functional play into her treatment sessions to make therapy enjoyable for her patients. She is involved in clinic services and school-based therapy. She is an adjunct faculty member at Franklin Pierce University during their Pediatric semester. In her free time Meghan enjoys spending time with her son and husband, teaching Pilates, walking her dog and hiking.
