Adult Dance Class Descriptions and Dress Code:
Adult Beginner Tap: Have you always wanted to tap? Now is your chance this class will teach you the fundamentals of tap as you learn different combinations. Dress code: comfy clothes you can move in and tap shoes.
Adult Intermediate Tap: This class is for former tap dancers or those who have a few years of study under their belt. You will learn more intricate combinations and choreography as you progress your tap skills. Dress code: comfy clothes you can move in and tap shoes.
Adult Advanced Tap: This class is for students who are comfortable with tap and moving at a fast pace. You will learn more intricate combinations and choreography as you progress your tap skills. Dress code: comfy clothes you can move in and tap shoes.
Adult Aerial: Are you looking to try something new to help build your strength or continue your aerial training? This is the class for you! For newbies you will learn basics on trapeze, fabric, and lyra, if you are experienced you will work more on fine tuning your skills and adding to your aerial repertoire. Dress code: Students should wear a leotard or tight-fitting, tuck-in shirt with leggings, fitted pants, convertible tights, or shorts—no loose or wide-leg pants, bare legs, or jewelry. For safety, no socks, shoes, or foot undies; nails must be short, and no lotion before class.
Adult Beg Ballet: This class covers all the basics of ballet in a fun and encouraging environment. Perfect for those new to ballet. Wear whatever you can move comfortably in. Ballet shoes are recommended but not required.
Adult Int/Beg Ballet: A welcoming class for adults with some ballet experience or returning dancers. Focus on technique, strength, and musicality through barre and center work, with options to challenge yourself at your own pace. Wear whatever you can move comfortably in.
